摘  要:分析了碱酚醛树脂砂的硬化机理及碱酚醛树脂砂的合成工艺。针对碱酚醛树脂砂的特性,确定合适的型砂工艺参数,制定相应的型砂操作规程。在大型铸钢件的生产中,应用碱酚醛树脂砂可有效提高铸件表面质量及力学性能,并减少清理的周期和费用。The alkaline phenolic resin sand hardening mechanism was analyzed, and the formulation and synthesis of alkaline phenolic resin sand were studied. According to the characteristics of alkaline phenolic resin sand, appropriate process parameters of sand were determined and the corresponding sand operation rules was formulated. The surface quality and mechanical properties of large-sized steel castings can be effectively improved by the application of alkali phenol formaldehyde resin sand, and the period and cost of cleaning can be reduced.
