摘 要:以5种枸杞花药为材料,探讨不同基因型枸杞对花药胚状体诱导的影响。结果表明:5种不同基因型枸杞花药培养均有胚状体发生,0902优系胚状体诱导率最高,达到2.20%,宁杞7号诱导率达到2.16%,0902优系和宁杞7号之间胚状体诱导率差异不显著,但0902优系和宁杞7号同宁杞1号、黄果枸杞、黑果枸杞之间花药胚状体诱导率差异极显著。Five types of wolfberry anther calluses were used as the materials to study the influence of different genotypes of Chinese wolfberry on anther embryoid induction. The results showed that all the five genotypes were induced to form embry- oids. The superior line "0902" had the highest induction rate, reaching 2.2%, and the induction rate of Ningqi No. 7 reached 2.16%, indicating a no significant difference of embryoid induction rate between "0902" and Ningqi No. 7. However, the differences of embryoid induction rates between the new superior line "0902", Ningqi No. 7 and Ningqi No. 1, Lycium- barbarum Linn. var. aurauticarpum K.F.ching and Lycium ruthenicum Murr were significant.
