宁夏野生树莓种质资源搜集及驯化栽培研究

摘　　要：调查研究结果表明，宁夏野生树莓种质资源共有8个种1变种，主要分布在海拔1988—2532m的六盘山、南华山、罗山、贺兰山林下、林缘、山涧、向阳的沟坡或较为平坦开阔的山沟平地。绝大多数野生树莓原生地土壤pH在7．2~7．8。贺兰山库页悬钩子为直立株型，植株结构合理、树冠椭圆，生长在38°23．965′N、海拔2532m的地区，具有很好的耐寒性和耐旱性。贺兰山库页悬钩子花青素含量192mg／kg、多糖含量1．36g／100g、超氧化物歧化酶（soD）活力141U／g。8r14J6cm栽培结果表明，宁夏野生树莓种质资源适应性较广，可以在地处宁夏引黄灌区的银川地区种植。Research result showed that wild raspberry germplasm resources in Ningxia, including 8 species and 1 variety, mainly distributed in under-forest, forest edge, mountain creeks, slopes exposed to the sun, and open flatlands in Liupanshan Mountain, Nanhuashan Mountain, Luoshan Mountain, and Helanshan Mountain with an altitude of 1 988 to 2 532 m. Most wild raspberry germplasm growing soil pH values range from 7.2 to 7.8. Sakhalin raspberries in Helanshan Mountain belong to erect-leaved variety with reasonable plant structure, oval canopy, growing in areas with latitude of 38~ 23.965＇ N and lat- itude of 2 532 m, and have cold endurance and drought tolerance performance. Anthocyanin value of sakhalin raspberries in Helanshan Mountain is 192 mg/kg, polysaccharide 1.36 g/100 g, and SOD 141 U/g. Domesticated cultivation results showed that the wild raspberry germplasm in Ningxia showed well adaptability and can be planted in Yellow River irrigation areas in Yinchuan.
