中医护理在巨脾切除术后并发症预防中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨巨脾切除术后中医护理预防并发症的效果。方法选取2012年12月—2014年10月我院收治的巨脾切除术患者116例,随机分成两个组,观察组58例和对照组58例,对照组进行术后常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上,实施中医护理干预,观察比较两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在巨脾切除术患者中实施中医护理,能有效减少并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing in the prevention of complications after splenectomy. Methods 116 cases of patients with splenectomy in our hospital from 2012 December to October 2014 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group of 58 cases and control group of 58 cases. The control group received postoperative routine nursing care. On the basis of the routine nursing care,the observation group used TCM nursing intervention. The occurrence of complications of the two groups was observed. Results The occurrence rate of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of TCM nursing in splenectomy patients can effectively reduce the incidence of complications
