四联疗法治疗带状疱疹初探

摘　　要：带状疱疹,即蛇串疮,乃湿热火毒,郁阻经络,外攻皮肤所致,其所引起的皮损和疼痛严重影响了患者的日常生活和精神情志,笔者通过总结前辈的临床经验,并悉心思考,提出带状疱疹的四联疗法,即芒硝水外敷、阿昔洛韦口服加外用、中药内服、针刺治疗。芒硝联合阿昔洛韦,以局部治疗为主,减轻患处疼痛,抑制疱疹发展,联合中药内服,整体调理,荡涤邪气,配以针刺疗法,治疗后遗神经痛,采用内外同治、中西结合、针药并用之法系统治疗带状疱疹。Herpes zoster,called snake-like sores,is due to damp-heat and fire toxicity,blocking the meridians and collaterals and attacking the skin. It brings about the skin lesions and causes soreness,which does great damage to the daily life and emotions of the patients. The quadruple therapy was proposed to treat herpes zoster based on studying the senior scholars and considering carefully. The therapy included external application of mirabilite water,oral administration and external application of acyclovir,oral administration of Chinese herbs,and needling. External application of mirabilite water and acyclovir was mainly used to treat skin lesion,and alleviate the soreness,so as to inhibit the development of herpes zoster. Oral administration of Chinese herbs was to adjust the whole body to get rid of pathogenic factors,and needling was used for neuralgia resulting from herpes zoster ＇s sequela. This is the first exploration of quadruple therapy with the combination of external application and oral administration,Chinese and Western medicine,and acupuncture and drugs to treat herpes zoster.
