电针耳后穴为主治疗神经性耳鸣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针耳后穴为主治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法采用电针耳后穴为主治疗神经性耳鸣36例,与普通电针组治疗36例患者作对照。结果经2个疗程治疗后,电针耳后穴组有效率为91.67%,针刺组为86.1%,2组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论电针耳后穴为主治疗神经性耳鸣疗效优于传统针刺治疗。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture at retroauricular point in the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus. Methods 36 cases of patients with neurogenic tinnitus received electric acupuncture at retroauricular point. They were compared with ordinary electric acupuncture treatment group. Results After 2 courses of treatment,the curative effective rate was 91. 67% after electric acupuncture at retroauricular point group,the curative effective rate of the acupuncture group was 86. 1%,and the curative effects of two groups had significant significance（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Electric acupuncture at retroauricular point in the treatment of neurogenic tinnitus is superior to the traditional acupuncture therapy.
