铁路危险品站装卸工遗传毒性效应研究

摘  要:为探索危险品装卸作业对工人的遗传毒性效应 ,应用AOD、SOS Umu原位法对铁路主要危险品专办站进行空气监测 ;应用Ames试验测定接触工人尿液致突变物负荷 ,应用血液微核试验、SCE试验测定对机体的致突变性效应。结果危险品库房AOD值与对照点相比有极显著性差异 ,SOS Umu试验呈现阳性反应。尿液Ames试验TA98、TA10 0菌株阳性反应率均升高 ,有明显剂量反应关系 ,工人外周血淋巴细胞微核率、SCE显著高于对照组。表明危险品装卸作业污染可引起工人机体致突变性效应 ,并与危险品站工人肿瘤高发可能存在因果关系。The purpose of this article is to research the genetic toxicty effect on the workers of loading and unloading dangerous goods.The air oxygen demand,SOS/Umu assay were used to monitor air pullution of dangerous materials at the major railway shipping stations.Urinary mutagenicity of the exposed workers were determined with Ames test.Lymphocytic micronucleus and sister chromatid exchange in blood of the workers were studied.Results showed that the AOD value of dangerous materials stations was significantly diffirent from the control site,SOS/Umu assay was positive reactions.Urinary Ames test showed that positive rate went up in TA98,TA100,and dose-response relationship significantly.The lymphocytic micronucleus rate and sister chromatid exchanges in exposed workers were higher than the control group signifcaantly.It is suggested that the pollutions at the dangerous materials workplace is possibly to result in mutagenicity effect of the organism,and higher incidence of cancers may be to have relationship with the exposed dangerous materials.
