摘  要:对筛选的解盐促生菌株SRPG-396进行溶磷性能测试,并通过盆栽实验确定其在盐渍化条件下对棉花的促生作用。结果表明:菌株SRPG-396在难溶性无机磷固体培养基可以产生明显的溶磷圈。添加难溶性Ca3(PO4)2的发酵液中有效磷含量可达到56.75 mg/L,并且与发酵液p H呈一定的负相关性;而含有Mg3(PO4)2、Fe PO4和Al PO4的发酵液有效磷含量与p H值无相关性。盆栽试验表明,施加SRPG-396菌剂在有盐胁迫的条件下可以明显提高棉苗鲜重、干重和根干重,分别为17.84%、33.66%和13.79%,并且SRPG-396菌剂还可提高棉花植株茎叶和根部全磷含量,分别为20%和11.51%。因此,菌株SRPG-396可以有效地溶解土壤中无机难溶性磷,提高棉苗对磷的吸收来促进棉花生长,有望为开发高效微生物磷肥提供优质种质资源。We aimed to investigate the efficiency of rhizobacteria SRPG- 396 on solubilization of insoluble phosphate and growth- promoting effect on cotton under the salinization in the present study. The results showed that the strain SRPG- 396 could grow in the insoluble inorganic phosphate medium with an obvious halo. Besides, the effective phosphorus content was negatively correlated with the p H of the fermentation liquid and could reach to 56.75 mg/L with the addition of soluble Ca3(PO4)2. However,there was no correlation between the effective phosphorus content and p H in the Mg3(PO4)2,Fe PO4 and Al PO4 medium. Pot experiment showed that the SRPG- 396 agents can significantly improve the cotton seedling fresh weight, dry weight and root dry weight by 17.84%, 33.66% and 13.79% under salt stress, respectively. In addition, the SRPG- 396 agents can improve the total P content by 20%, 11.51% in cotton stems and leaves, root under the condition of salt stress, respectively. Therefore, SRPG- 396 strain could effectively solubilize some of insoluble phosphate in the soil to enhance the absorption of effective phosphorus in cotton seedlings and promote cotton growth, and it is expected to provide high quality germplasm resources for the development of highly efficient microbial fertilizer.
