血清中热休克蛋白70-2及TLR-4的含量与气阴两虚型老年房颤患者的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨HSP70-2及TLR-4在气阴两虚型房颤的发生和维持中的作用及临床意义。方法：选入3个年龄段的房颤患者（气阴两虚型）共90例,分别为A组（60~69岁）,B组（70~79岁）,C组（80~89岁）,正常对照组30例。取空腹静脉血,用酶联免疫法（ELISA）测定血清中热休克蛋白70-2（HSP70-2）和TLR-4的含量,比较各个年龄组房颤与正常组患者血清中HSP70-2和TLR-4的含量。结果：1A、B、C组患者血清中HSP70-2含量均低于正常组,且有显著差异。2A、B、C组患者血清中TLR-4含量均高于正常组,其中A、B有显著差异,C组无显著差异。3各年龄组房颤患者的HSP70-2和TLR-4的含量无统计学差异。4正常组患者血清中HSP70-2的含量与TLR-4的含量呈负相关,房颤患者血清中HSP70-2的含量与TLR-4的含量呈正相关。结论：老年患者血清中HSP70-2、TLR-4的浓度对房颤的发生和维持有重要影响。Objective： We want to investigate the role and clinical significance of the HSP70- 2 and TLR- 4 in the occurrence and maintaining of atrial fibrillation. Methods： We selected a total of 69 patients with atrial fibrillation,respectively in group A（ 60- 69 years）,group B（ 70- 79 years）,group C（ 80- 89）,30 cases of normal control group. Taking fasting venous blood,we used enzyme immunoassay（ ELISA） to measure the heat shock protein in serum（ HSP70- 2） and the content of TLR- 4,comparing the change of different groups’ atrial fibrillation and normal serum HSP70- 2 and TLR- 4 levels. Results： 1A,B and C groups’ serum HSP70- 2 levels were lower than normal group’s and there were significant differences among them. 2A,B and C group’s TLR- 4 levels in serum were higher than that in normal group. A and B had significant differences among them and there was no significant difference in group C. 3The levels of HSP70- 2 and TLR- 4 in atrial fibrillation among all ages groups had no statistical difference. 4Normal group’s serum HSP70- 2 level and the content of TLR- 4 were negatively correlated. HSP70- 2content in serum in patients with atrial fibrillation and TLR- 4 levels were positively correlated. Conclusion： Concentrations of HSP70- 2 and TLR- 4 in serum of elderly patients have important influence on the occurrence and maintaining of atrial fibrillation.
