养阴法在慢性泄泻临床治疗中的应用

摘　　要：基于慢性泄泻之中西医理论基础,从病理生理角度分析探讨阴液与慢性泄泻发生、治疗的关系,初步提出针对病程日久之脾胃虚弱、肾阳亏虚、肝气乘脾型慢性泄泻患者,其治可分别施以兼养脾阴、扶阳益阴和柔肝敛阴之法的策略,常能使临床疗效得以提高,并举例以示之。Based on the theory of chronic diarrhea in Chinese and Western medicine,this article probed into the relationship of Yin fluid and the occurrence and treatment of chronic diarrhea from pathophysiology. It was preliminarily put forward that in view of the long duration of the spleen and stomach Qi weakness,kidney Yang deficiency and liver Qi attacking the spleen in patients with chronic diarrhea,its treatment strategies are nourishing spleen Yin,strengthening Yang and supplementing Yin,and softening liver and astringing Yin respectively,which could often improve the clinical curative effect,and an example was taken to show it.
