摘　　要：目的:观察补中益气汤治疗脾虚气弱型老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法:选择符合标准的脾虚气弱型老年便秘患者49例,以补中益气汤口服,2周为1个疗程。观察治疗前、治疗第2周时以及第4周随访共3次调查的各症状改变及治疗情况。结果:补中益气汤治疗脾虚气弱型老年便秘总有效率为75.51%、于第4周随访时患者总有效率为67.35%,复发率为8.16%,治疗前、后症状总积分有显著差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤治疗脾虚气弱型老年性便秘有明显临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of senile constipation of spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods： We selected 49 cases of elderly constipation with spleen deficiency syndrome,who were given Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction. Two weeks was a period of treatment. We observed the clinical symptoms before treatment,after two- week treatment and the follow- up month. Results： The total effective rate was 75. 51% and that of the follow-up in the fourth week 67. 35%. The recurrence rate was 8. 16% after one month follow- up. Before and after treatment,the symptoms of the total integral had significant differences（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has obvious clinical effect on constipation of the elderly which is the spleen deficiency syndrome,worthy of clinical usage.
