摘  要:目的:针对传统回流提取易导致有效成分降解的弊端,研究破壁浸提精制冠心颗粒的最优工艺。方法:以芍药苷、阿魏酸与丹酚酸B含量的综合评分为评价指标,采用单因素结合正交试验考察溶媒用量、浸提次数、浸提温度与浸提时间对提取工艺的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎至d0.5为14μm左右,加入8倍量水,在60℃条件下浸提3次,每次10 min。结论:该优选工艺稳定可行,能在提取环节显著增加有效成分的提取量,可代替传统的回流工艺。Objective: To optimize the breaking- extraction process of Jingzhi Guanxin Particle,in order to overcome the disadvantage of effective components degradation. Methods: With composite score of the contents of paeoniflorin,ferulic acid and salvianolic acid B as indexes,single factor test and orthogonal test were applied to optimize extraction with the extraction time,times,temperature and the amount of water as factors. Results: The best extraction conditions were as follows: d 0. 5 of herbs were ground into about 14 μm,extracted 3 times in the condition of 60 ℃ with 8- fold amount of water,10 min for each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was reasonable and feasible,and could significantly increase the extraction amount of effective components,expecting to replace the conventional reflow process.
