摘 要:目的:对比研究厚朴煮散与传统饮片煎出效果,为厚朴煮散的研究和应用提供参考。方法:采用HPLC方法检测水煎液中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚含量;以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的含量和干膏率为指标,系统考察煎煮次数、加水量、煎煮时间对厚朴煮散与传统饮片煎煮的影响。结果:煎煮次数对厚朴煮散无显著影响(P〉0.05),同一煎煮条件下,煎煮时间10~50 min之间、加水量16~20倍之间,煮散煎出物无显著差异(P〉0.05);同一煎煮条件下,煮散化合物含量和干膏率达饮片的2倍以上;煮散10倍水煎煮10 min,其化合物含量和干膏率分别为饮片传统煎煮(10倍水,50 min)的2.3倍、2.4倍。结论:从药学角度来说,厚朴饮片制成煮散,在节省一半药材的同时,又能节省4/5的煎煮时间,值得深入研究和推广应用。Objective: To compare the efficiency of extraction of boiling powder and traditional herbal pieces of Magnolia officinalis for providing a reference for the study and clinical application of boiling powder. Methods: The contents of magnolol and honokiol in the decoction were determined by HPLC. The effect of decocting times,the amount of water and decocting time on decoction of boiling powder and traditional herbal pieces of Magnolia officinalis were systematically investigated with the content of magnolol and honokiol and dry extract rate as index. Results: The decocting times had no significant effect on boiling powder of Magnolia officinalis( P 〉 0. 05). In the same decocting condition,there was no significant effect on the decoction of boiling powder when decoction time between 10 min- 15 min,and amount of water between 16 times- 20 times. In the same decocting condition,the total compound content and dry extract rate were all 2 times more than those in the decoction of traditional herbal pieces. With10 times of water,decoction time 10 min,compound content and dry extract rate of boiling powder were 2. 3 times and 2. 4 times those in the traditional decoction of herbal pieces( 10 times of water,decoction time 50 min). Conclusion: From the point of view of TCM chemistry,boiling powder of Magnolia officinalis can save more than half of the amount of traditional herbal pieces,at the same time can save the decocting time 4 /5,so the further research and application of boiling powder is worth.
