大黄药线穴位埋线治疗慢传输型便秘67例

摘　　要：目的:观察大黄药线穴位埋线治疗慢传输型便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取辽宁中医药大学附属第三医院的慢传输型便秘患者67例,随机分为治疗组34例,对照组33例。治疗组采用大黄煎液浸泡化学合成可吸收缝合线制成药线进行穴位埋线,对照组采用化学合成可吸收缝合线进行穴位埋线。观察患者治疗前后排便频率、粪便性状、使用泻剂、腹胀和每次排便时间并记录积分。结果:治疗组和对照组治疗前后自身总积分比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗后两组总积分比较有统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗组总积分降低幅度比对照组大,提示两组治疗均有效。治疗组总有效率为82.4%,对照组总有效率为72.7%,两组临床疗效有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:大黄药线穴位埋线治疗慢传输型便秘效果满意。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding with rhubarb to treat slow transmit constipation（ STC）. Methods： A total of 67 STC cases were randomly divided into treatment group（ 34 cases） and control group（ 33 cases）. The treatment group used acupoint catgut embedding with rhubarb and control group acupoint catgut embedding with suture line. We observed the defecation frequency,feces traits,the use of laxative,abdominal distension and integral time of defecation before and after treatment in patients. Results： The self- total integrals of the treatment group and control group before and after treatment were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 01）. The total integrals of two groups after treatment were statistically significant（ P〈 0. 01）. The total integral reduce amplitude of treatment group was larger than the control group’s. The treatment was effective in both groups. The treatment group’s total effective rate was 82. 4% and the control group’s 72. 7%. Clinical curative effect of two groups was statistically different（ P 〈 0. 05）. The treatment group’s curative effect was better than the control group’s. Conclusion：Acupoint catgut embedding with rhubarb is remarkable.
