穴位埋线配合加味温胆汤治疗痰湿型慢性支气管炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:研究穴位埋线配合加味温胆汤治疗痰湿型慢性支气管炎的疗效,利用痰湿证症候积分加权法进一步完善痰湿型慢性支气管炎分型标准和疗效评定标准,同时借助现代医学理论和检查结果分析中医治疗作用机理。方法:104例痰湿型慢性支气管炎病例按中医症候积分、年龄、性别均衡后分为中药组(51例)、穴位埋线+中药组(53例),分别采用加味温胆汤方+对症使用西药、穴位埋线+加味温胆汤方+对症使用西药治疗3周。评价疗效和中医治疗机理。结果:总有效率穴位埋线+中药组94.3%(50/53例),中药组88.2%(45/51例),组间比较(P>0.05)。显著有效率(包括痊愈率及显效率)穴位埋线+中药组45.3%(24/53例),中药组21.6%(11/51例),组间比较(P<0.05)。结论:加味温胆汤治疗痰湿型慢性支气管炎具有良好作用,穴位埋线配合加味温胆汤可以提高显著有效率,证实穴位埋线对加味温胆汤治疗有增敏作用并保持疗效长时间稳定。Objective： To research the effect of acupoints embedding combined with Modified Wendan Decoction in treatment of phlegm- damp type of chronic bronchitis. By phlegm- dampsyndrome symptoms integral weighted method to further improve the therapeutic effect evaluation standard and classification standards andat the same time with the help of modern medical treatment to study the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine theory. Methods： A total of 104 cases according to TCM symptom score,age and gender were divided into Chinese medicine group（ 51 cases） and acupoints embedding ＋ Chinese medicine group（ 53 cases）,which respectively used Modified Wendan Decoction ＋ western medicine and acupoints embedding ＋ Modified Wendan Decoction ＋ Western medicinefor 3 weeks. Evaluate the curative effect and mechanism of TCM treatment. Results： Total effective rate of acupoints embedding ＋ Chinese medicine group was 94. 3%（ 50 /53 cases） and 88. 2%（ 45 /51 cases） of the Chinese medicine group（ P 〉 0. 05）. Significant effectiveness（ including recovery rate and significant efficiency） of acupoints embedding ＋Chinese medicine group was 45. 3%（ 24 /53 cases） and the traditional Chinese medicine group’s 21. 6%（ 11 /51 cases）（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupoints embedding ＋ Chinese medicine group of chronic bronchitis has good effect,which can improve significantly effective. It is confirmed that the acupoints embeddingand Chinese medicine maintain a stable curative effect for a long time.
