摘　　要：穴位敷贴是中医传统特色治疗方法之一。文章从研究方法、研究指标、穴位选取、药物组成等方面对近20年来国内穴位敷贴治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究进行综述。同时指出一些问题,如辨证治疗不规范,目前尚缺乏高质量多中心随机对照试验,机理研究不深入,未充分发扬"治未病"思想,未充分运用时间医学疗法等。Acupoint application therapy is regarded as one of the characteristic treatments of TCM. This paper summarized the clinical researches of acupoint application in treatment of angina pectoris,the research index,the point selection and medicine components in these twenty years. At the same time,there are still some problems,such as point selection by syndrome differentiation being not standard,lacking of high quality multi- center randomized controlled trials. The mechanism is not definite. The idea of following the prognosis of a disease and time medical therapy are not fully used and so on.
