摘　　要：保元解毒汤是基于肿瘤发病病机是"阴寒内盛,邪毒凝滞"的癌毒思路指导下形成的。当前对该方的研究主要集中在本方干预癌性恶病制的药效及机制研究方面,为了更全面地了解复方的化学组成概况,进一步探讨复方干预肿瘤微环境的药效机制,指导分析分离组方的效应物质基础,文章将各组成药的化学成分进行了系统地整理和概述,同时基于复方中不同药物组合功效,从组成药物对肿瘤微环境中免疫及炎性机制的影响,进行梳理和评价。Baoyuan Jiedu Decoction is created based on the excess Yin cold in interior and evil toxin stagnation pathogenesis of tumor. Current research focuses on the intervention of cancer and mechanism,in order to more fully understand the general situation of the chemical composition and further explore the efficacy of compound intervention on tumor microenvironment. The article systematically reviewed each drug and the chemical composition. At the same time,based on the efficacy of different drug combinations,the influence of the composition drugs on tumor microenvironment immune and inflammatory mechanisms are evaluated.
