摘 要:热休克蛋白(Heatshock proteins,HSP),是生物受到环境中物理、化学、生物、精神等刺激时产生应激反馈而合成的蛋白质。作为进化保守的蛋白家族之一,普遍存在于各种生物体中,并在生物体内发挥着重要的生理功能。HSP因具有丰富强大的分子伴侣、抗应激、调节细胞凋亡、抗氧化、参与机体免疫等生物学功能,决定了其广泛的用途。大量的试验表明,近年来HSP在相关领域的应用研究已获得了重要的突破与进展,特别是在疾病免疫和药物开发中的应用研究。文中在阐明HSP分子调控的基础上,综述了近年来热休克蛋白家族(HSP90、HSP70、HSP60和小分子HSP)在功能和应用方面的研究进展,为进一步完善对HSP的研究提供一定的参考。Heat shock proteins (HSP) are produced by the organisms when they are exposed to envi- ronmental physical, chemical, biological, mental stress and other stimuli. As one of the evolutionari- ly conserved protein families, they are commonly found in a variety of organisms, and play an impor- tant physiological functions in vivo. Because HSP have rich and powerful chaperones, anti-stress, regulation of apoptosis, antioxidant, involvement in the immune and other biological functions, they were widespreadly used in immune diseases, drug development and other aspects. In recent years, a large number of experiments showed that a major breakthrough and progress had been made in the related field,, especially in immune diseases and drug development. Basing on elucidating the mo- lecular regulation of heat shock protein family (HSP90, HSP70, HSP60 and small molecules HSP), the article reviewed the advances on their features and apphcations in order to provide some references for the further study of the proteins.
