鹿鞭的化学成分及药理活性研究现状

摘　　要：鹿鞭(Testis et penis ceⅣi)为传统珍贵中药之一,主要是指鹿科动物梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)和马鹿(Cervus elaphus)的干燥带睾丸的阴茎,具有多种生物活性作用,是历史悠久的益精血、壮肾阳宝贵中药。文中以国内外有关文献为基础,综述了鹿鞭性状特征、化学成分、药理活性以及应用现状,为鹿鞭进一步开发利用提供重要依据。Testis et Penis Cervi is one of the precious and traditional Chinese medicines, which main- ly is penis with dryed testis of Cervus nippon and Cervus elaphus. It has a long history and lots of bio- logical activities as a strong kidney Yang valuable Chinese herbal medicine. Based on the relevant literatures at home and abroad, this paper summarizes characters, chemical components, pharmacological activities and application status of Testis et Penis Cervi to provide important basis for further development and utilization.
