摘 要:针对土城煤矿1338工作面瓦斯难抽采、涌出量大、采空区及上隅角瓦斯浓度高的问题,在3号煤层采用本煤层预抽、高位抽采、采空区埋管抽采、工作面边采边抽等相结合的综合瓦斯抽采方法。通过采用本煤层瓦斯预抽,抽采量较常规的抽采方式提高了0.52~1.35倍,高位钻孔抽采瓦斯后邻近煤层的瓦斯相对涌出量由14.73~20.32 m^3/t降为8.46~9.83 m^3/t,采空区埋管抽采确保采空区的瓦斯浓度降到5%以下,符合《煤矿安全规程》对瓦斯浓度的相关规定,工作面边抽边采保证了工作面回采期间回风巷瓦斯浓度在1%以下。Gas drainage was difficult on 1338 working face of Tucheng Coal Mine,and the quantity of gas emission was large,gas concentration in gob and upper corner,combined gas drainage method,including pre-drainage in coal seam being mined,high-level gas drainage,buried pipes in gob,drainage while mining,was applied in No.3 Coal Seam. Through adopting in coal seam being mined,quantity of gas drainage was improved from 0. 52 to 1. 35 times compared with conventional methods,relative gas emission in the adjacent coal seam was decreased from 14. 73 ~ 20. 32 m^3/ t to 8. 46 ~ 9. 83 m^3/ t,gas concentration fell below 5% with the application of buried pipes in gob. These results accord to the relevant provisions of " Coal Mine Safety Regulations",and gas drainage while mining method can ensure the gas concentration below 1% on working face during mining.
