摘 要:本试验以0.1mm^0.2mm厚度的箔材为研究对象,研究了箔材试样形状的改变对箔材力学性能结果的影响。试验对比分析了两种试样规定非比例伸长应力、抗拉强度和相对伸长率的检测数值,同时对比分析了两种试样的断裂位置、断裂特征以及矩形试样使用标距轮或标距线确定标距的不同影响。结果表明,矩形试样的性能检测数值稳定性和断裂位置优于条形试样,可代替条形试样成为箔材力学性能检测的标准试样。In this test the thickness of 0. 1mm to 0. 2mm foil as the research object,studies the foil sample shape change of the influence of the result of the mechanical properties of the foil. Test analysis of the two kinds of sample specified non- proportional elongation stress,tensile strength and relative elongation test value,at the same time,contrast analysis of the two kinds of samples the fracture position,fracture characteristics and rectangular samples using standard from the wheel or standard from line to determine the range of different effects. The results show that the numerical stability and performance test of rectangular sample fracture position is better than that of strip specimen,can replace bar specimen as foil mechanics performance test of standard sample.
