摘 要:利用晶态镀液在钕铁硼磁性材料基体表面共沉积Ni-P-W-Nb2O5复合镀层,对镀层的电化学性能、共沉积镀层与基体的结合性能及镀层的显微硬度进行测试。结果表明:当晶态镀液中Nb2O5颗粒的质量浓度为5-15 kg/m3时,共沉积Ni-P-W-Nb2O5复合镀层的电化学性能及其与基体间的结合强度随镀液中Nb2O5颗粒浓度的增加而增加;当镀液中Nb2O5颗粒的质量浓度由15 kg/m3增加到20 kg/m3时,镀层的电化学性能及其与基体间的结合强度有所下降。显微硬度测试结果表明,共沉积Ni-P-W-Nb2O5复合镀层的硬度随着镀液中Nb2O5颗粒浓度的增加呈单调增加趋势。The crystalline Ni- P- W- Nb2O5 composite coatings were co- deposited on the sintered Nd Fe B substrates by using crystalline electroless plating bath. The coatings performance,such as electrochemical performance,interfacial adhesion strength and micro-hardness,was evaluated by experimental testing. The experimental results indicate that the electrochemical performance of the co-deposited Ni-P-W-Nb2O5 composite and the interfacial adhesion strength between co-deposited Ni-P-WNb2O5 coatings and substrate are improved with increasing the Nb2O5 concentration up to 15 kg/m3. When Nb2O5 concentration is increasing from 15 kg/m3 to 20 kg/m3,the electrochemical performance of the co-deposited Ni-P-W-Nb2O5 composite and the interfacial adhesion strength decrease. Testing of micro-hardness indicates that the micro-hardness of the co-deposited Ni-P-WNb2O5 composite coatings increases monotonically with the increase of Nb2O5 concentration.
