摘 要:利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对起爆偏心为1、3、7 mm的EFP结构进行数值模拟研究,分析起爆后456μs时刻EFP形态变化及钢靶毁伤情况,并与试验结果进行对比。结果表明:起爆点与装药轴线偏离会引起药型罩压垮不对称,形成的EFP形态偏斜、弯曲,稳定性变坏;根据模拟数据得出偏心量与EFP横向速度之间的关系;模拟结果与试验结果吻合良好。The effect of eccentric initiation on Explosively Formed Projectile(EFP)shape with the eccentric value of 1,3,7 mm was simulated based on LS-DYNA. The change of EFP shape and the damage of steel target at 456 μs after initiation were studied and compared with experimental results. The simulated and experimental results agree well. The simulation and test results show that detonation point deviating from the axis of liner will lead to the asymmetry of liner collapse. The formed shape of EFP directly affects the flying stability,accuracy of touching target and penetration performance of EFP. And according to the simulation data,the relation between the eccentricvalue and the lateral velocity of EFP was obtained.
