摘 要:介绍了GT13E2燃气轮机EV燃烧器的结构和工作原理,重点阐述了EV燃烧器的火焰特性,并结合GT13E2燃气轮机的燃烧运行方式,对燃气轮机在各负荷工况下氮氧化物的排放进行了分析。分析表明:GT13E2燃气轮机在启动初期应用扩散燃烧解决了燃烧室火焰不稳定的问题,在低负荷工况组合应用扩散燃烧和预混燃烧解决了扩散燃烧在燃烧空气压力过高时燃烧不稳定的问题,在高负荷工况采用预混燃烧解决了氮氧化物排放高的问题。Structure and working principle of GT13E2 gas turbine EV burner were introduced; the flame characteristics of EV burner were mainly presented. According to GT13E2 operation mode,NOxemission was analyzed under different gas turbine load condition.Study results shows that GT13E2 gas turbine solved the problem of unstable combustion chamber flame with pilot flame during the initial stage; it solved the problem of unstable combustion chamber flame because of high combustion air pressure with combined pilot and premix flame during low load stage; it solved problem of high NOxemission with premix flame during high load stage.
