无溶剂无色透明快速固化环氧胶粘剂的研制

摘　　要：以季戊四醇和3-巯基丙酸为原料合成了多巯基化合物,选用HDI、H12MDI、IPDI 3种二异氰酸酯和E-51环氧树脂作扩链剂,得到4种无色透明的多巯基固化剂,再将其与环氧树脂混合制得胶粘剂。通过对试样的透光率、剪切强度、介电性能、表面能和吸水率测定研究了不同扩链剂制得的固化剂对胶粘剂性能的影响。结果表明,HDI扩链固化效果最优。The multi-mercapto compound was synthesized using pentaerythritol and 3-mercaptopropionic acid as raw materials. The three kinds of diisocyanate HDI,H12 MDI,IPDI and E-51 epoxy resin were used as chain extender and the four kinds of colorless and transparent multi-mercapto curing agents were obtained. Then the curing agents were mixed with epoxy resin and the adhesives were prepared.The effects of curing agents with different chain extender on the properties of adhesives were investigated by the testeings of transmittance,shear strength,dielectric properties,surface energy and water absorption of the samples. The results showed that the curing agent with HDI chain extender had the optimal effect.
