摘  要:烟气侧效率和空气侧效率表征空气预热器的换热能力,在空气预热器性能考核中起到重要作用,而空气预热器漏风率对排烟温度有一定的影响。ASME PTC4.3标准中利用实测数据进行烟气侧效率的计算,该方法容易受到空气预热器本体以外因素的影响,且没有考虑到空气预热器漏风率对排烟温度的影响。对传统计算方法提出质疑,提出了一种修正的烟气侧效率和空气侧效率计算方法,利用空气预热器漏风率对排烟温度进行了修正,剔除了部分外界因素对空气预热器本体性能的影响,并通过大量试验对两种方法进行了对比。Gas side efficiency and air side efficiency can characterize the heat exchange capaci- ty of an air heater, it plays an important role in performance test of air heater, and the air leakage rate has a certain effect on the exhaust gas temperature. In ASME PTC4.3, gas side efficiency is calculated by the measured data, which is vulnerable to the factors apart from air heater, and the test Standard does not take into account the effect of air leakage rate on the exhaust gas temperature. This paper questioned the traditional calculation method of Gas side efficiency, air side efficiency and exhaust gas temperature, put forward a corrected method which avoids the influence of some factors. The two methods were compared by some air heater performance tests.
