摘　　要：中心城市在城市群区域发展中居于核心地位,起着集聚、扩散和创新的作用。从城市群产业整合的角度,利用城市首位度、相似系数、区位熵等方法,分析乌鲁木齐发展在乌昌石城市群产业整合中的重要作用。通过对乌昌石城市群各县市产业发展现状,产业间的分工与合作现状以及产业整合的必要性和重要性进行定量和定性分析。结果表明:乌昌石城市群现状经济增长高度依赖资源型产业的低端发展,群内缺少有效的经济结构联系,亟待进行产业整合。未来乌鲁木齐产业发展需要提高经济发展质量,将其打造成城市群内高端制造业中心、创新研发中心以及综合服务中心,以此来组织和推动乌昌石城市群的产业整合,加强群内各县市间的产业协作,提高城市群产业整体发展层次。As an important role of agglomeration,diffusion and innovation,a central city is the core of the regional development in urban agglomeration. In this paper,the important role of the development of Urumqi in the industrial integration of Urumqi-Changji-Shihezi urban agglomeration was analyzed using the urban primate,similarity coefficient and location quotient based on the viewpoint of industrial integration in the urban agglomeration. The quantitative and qualitative analyses on the current situation of industrial development,division of labor and cooperation among industries,and necessity and importance of industrial integration were carried out. The results revealed that,currently,the economic growth in the Urumqi-Changji-Shihezi urban agglomeration is mainly based on the low-level resources-based industries,the effective linkages of economic structure are insufficient,and it is urgent to integrate the industries. In the future,the industrial development in Urumqi will need to improve the quality of economic development,make Urumqi into the manufacturing center,innovation,research and development center,and integrated service center so as to organize and integrate the industrial integration of Urumqi-Changji-Shihezi urban agglomeration,strengthen the industrial cooperation among the counties and cities,and improve the overall level of industrial development of the urban agglomeration.
