摘　　要：职业人群调查表明 ,棉尘对工人肺功能影响以急性改变为主 ,且棉尘浓度与危害成正比。此外 ,内毒素水平、特异体质、棉花抗原提取物以及吸烟也与工人肺功能受损有关 ,但是这些毒作用因素尚无特异性 ,有待更深入地探索。The epidemiological investigation showed that effect of cotton dust on pulmonary function in exposed workers was mainly acute change, and concentration of cotton dust was direct ratio with the harm. In addition, the endotoxin, atopy, cotton dust extract and smoking were also associated with injured pulmonary function in exposed workers. However, these toxic factors were short of specific characteristics, which has need of further studies.
