流动注射化学发光法测定药物中维生素B_1的含量

摘　　要：在碱性条件下维生素B_1与铁氰化钾溶液反应产生化学发光,罗丹明6G的存在可增加光信号的强度,根据光信号的大小可以测定维生素B_1的含量.据此,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定药物中维生素B_1含量的新方法.该方法在0.5~50.0μg·m L^(-1)内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.3μg·m L^(-1),对5.0μg·m L^(-1)的维生素B_1进行5次平行测定,相对标准偏差为2.90%.利用该方法对维生素B_1片剂进行测定,结果令人满意.A chemiluminescence（ CL） reaction was occurrenced by mixing potassium ferricyanide and vitamin B1 in sodium hydroxide medium. The CL intensity was greatly enhanced by rhodamine6 G. The vitamin B_1 content could be determined by the CL intensity. Based on this,a new method for the determination of the vitamin B_1 content in the drug by flow injection chemiluminescence was established. The linear range was 0. 5 ~ 50. 0μg·m L^（-1）with a detection limit of0. 3μg·m L^（-1）. The relative standard deviation（ RSD%） was 2. 90% for 5. 0μg·m L^（-1）vitamin B_1（ n =5）. The method was applied to the determination of vitamin B_1 in tablets and the results were satisfactory.
