山茶油在治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨山茶油在预防尿毒症患者皮肤病变中的应用效果。方法 2014年7月至2015年4月,便利抽样法选取在解放军第180医院肾脏风湿内科治疗的45例尿毒症患者为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为观察组、常规组和对照组,每组15例。观察组患者使用山茶油涂拭,常规组患者使用莫匹罗星软膏擦拭,而对照组患者使用婴儿油擦拭。1 min/次,3次/d,连续使用7d。比较3组尿毒症患者使用不同处理方案后皮肤的瘙痒程度的缓解情况。结果观察组患者使用山茶油擦拭后,患者止痒效果明显,与对照组和常规组相比,差异有统计学意义(H=16.902,P<0.01)。结论尿毒症患者使用山茶油涂拭皮肤能明显缓解皮肤瘙痒症状,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the therapy effect of camellia oil in the treatment of skin lesions of patients with uremic.Methods By convenience sampling,45 cases were selected and divided into observation group,conventional group and control group,with 15 cases in each group.The observation group was applied with camellia oil,the conventional group was applied with mupirocin ointment,and the control group was applied with baby oil,1min in each time with 3times a day for 7days.The skin problem of itching after different treatments were compared among three groups.Results After the use of camellia oil in observation group,the antipruritic effect was significant,and it has significance compared with control group and conventional group（H=16.902,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Application of camellia oil in the skin of uremic patients can significantly release itching symptom,which is worth for clinical trial.
