摘　　要：首都功能定位变迁与产业结构演进相互影响、相互制约。文章梳理了1949年以来首都不同时期的功能定位,分析不同功能定位下的三次产业结构、工业和第三产业内部结构演进特征及存在的问题;针对新时期首都"四个中心"功能定位的确立,对未来三次产业结构、工业和第三产业内部结构变化进行了展望;从产业调整疏解、空间优化、人口调控、京津冀一体等方面,提出促进新时期首都功能定位与产业结构协调发展若干建议。Urban function change and industrial structure evolution supplement are mutually related to each other and mutually restrict each other.The article reviews the function position of the Capital in different periods since 1949,analysis of different functions of the three industrial structure,characteristics of the industry and the third industry internal structure evolution,including the main problems about industrial structure evolution.With the establishment of＂five centers＂function in new era,this article predicts the prospect of industrial structure evolution,and from the industrial adjustment,space optimization,population control,coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,to put forward to promote the new period capital functions and the coordinated development of industrial structure in some suggestions.
