摘　　要：学业辅导模式是指在学习指导实践中逐渐形成的、以一定理论观点为基础的学习指导的结构模型及操作方式。教育工作者往往以一定模式为实际依托来开展学习指导工作,以达到挖掘学生的学习潜能、提高其独立思考能力与解决问题能力的目的。笔者希望通过对现阶段北京高校学业辅导不同模式进行分析,在此基础上探索增强学业辅导工作实效性的有效路径。Academic counseling mode is a structural model and operation mode of the learning guidance which is gradually formed in the learning guidance practice.Educators tend to rely on a certain model to carry out the work of learning guiding to achieve the purpose of excavating the students＇ learning potential,improve their ability of thinking and solving problems independently.The author hopes that we can explore the effective way to enhance the effectiveness of the study counseling through analyzing different modes of college education in Beijing at this stage.
