摘 要:为了研究煤矸石作为路基填筑材料时的力学性能,进行了标准煤矸石的单轴压缩试验、变角剪切试验和劈裂试验,以及破碎煤矸石的压实试验。测试得到了煤矸石的抗压强度、内聚力、内摩擦角和抗拉强度等基本力学性能指标,还得到了5种Talbol幂指数下,承压破碎煤矸石的应力-应变曲线。研究表明:(1)煤矸石的拉压性能差别较大,抗拉强度是抗压强度的8倍;(2)破碎煤矸石压实过程中,应力呈先缓慢增大后快速增大的变化规律;(3)随着Talbol幂指数的减小,低应力水平时试样的变形量较大,高应力水平时试样的变形量较小。研究结果可为煤矸石作为路基填筑材料的推广应用提供试验依据和理论参考。In order to study the mechanical properties of coal gangues which were used as roadbed filling material,we carried out the uniaxial compression test,shear test with variable angles and splitting test for standard coal gangue samples,as well as the compaction test for broken coal gangues. The compressive strength,tensile strength,cohesion,internal friction angle etc. of coal gangues were tested,and we also obtained the stress- strain curves of confined broken coal gangues under five different Talbol power exponents. It shows that,( 1) it has great difference between compressive strength and tensile strength of coal gangues,the former was about 8 times of the latter.( 2) During the compaction process of broken coal gangues,stress firstly increased slowly,and then increased rapidly.( 3) With the decrease of the Talbol power exponent,large deformation would be occurred in samples under low stress,while small deformation would be occurred in samples under high stress. The results provide test basis and theory references for popularization and application of coal gangues when used as the roadbed filling material.
