摘 要:作为一种复合型生产服务的现代物流是社会经济正常顺畅运行的基本保证。而区域经济的产业结构升级、经济增长方式转变和地方经济可持续发展,物流业信息化水平是重要的助推器,设计构建科学适用的地区物流产业信息化水平评价体系便成为当务之急,为此,本文设计了一套包括6个方面、共31项指标的区域物流产业信息化评价指标体系,并以此评价体系和评价模型,对内蒙古自治区2010~2014年物流业建设发展情况进行了评价,评价结果对照同期内蒙古物流产业的发展实际,同时也验证了本文设计的评价指标体系在评价地区物流信息化程度方面具有合理的可行性和有效性。Modem logistics is a kind of complex production services. It is also the basic guarantee for the social economy running smoothly. Logistics industry informatizafion can promote the upgrade of industrial structure of regional economy and the transformarion of economic growth mode. and contribute to sustainable development of local economy. Therefore, the construction of an evaluation index system for modern logistics industry informarizarion has a particularly important role to play in guiding the regional economic development. This paper established an index system for evaluating regional logistics industry informatization. The system includes a total of 31 indicators in six aspects. Based on this system, we evaluated the construction of logistics industry develop- ment in Inner Mongolia autonomous region from 2010 to 2014. and compared with actual situation of logistics industry development in Inner Mongolia at the same time. Our evaluation results show that the evaluation index system we established is reasonable and effective.
