摘 要:随着高速铁路的大发展,既有抢修钢梁难以满足高速铁路桥梁的抢修要求,因此提出了3种高速铁路中等跨度桥梁抢修器材的结构方案,分别为板梁结合梁、U型结合梁与钢箱梁。通过技术参数比较,推荐钢箱梁为优选方案,该方案更加整体化、模块化,避免了桥面以及其它琐碎零件,在结构受力和快速拼架上更有优势。同时对架设方法进行了研究,提出了一种下承式导梁架桥机设想方案,这种专用(新式)架桥机有简单的搬运拼装功能,结构轻便小巧,能够适用于多跨连续架设工况。所提出的结构型式及架设方法是对采用大节段拼装,利用大型机具及专用设备拼装架设的新型抢修理念的一次深入探索。With the rapid development of high-speed railways,the existing rush-repair can hardly meet the requirements for rush-repairing steel beams of high-speed railway bridges in which case put forward in the paper are three structural schemes of the medium-span bridge-rush-repairing equipment for high-speed railway bridges,respectively the plate-girder-combined beam,the U-type combined beam and the steel box beam.Through comparing their technical parameters,the steel box girder is recommended as the optimal choice because this scheme is more integrated and modular,and avoids the provision of the deck as well as other trivial parts,thus enjoying more advantages in the structure of forces and quick erection.Meanwhile,the erection method for the steel box beam is also studied,with the scheme of a through-type guide beam bridge erector suggested in the paper.Being simple and quick in moving and assembling,and light,convenient and smart in structure,this new and special type of bridge erector is applicable to continuously erecting multi-span bridges.The structural type and the erection method for it mentioned above will be assembled with large sections.The trial in this aspect is a deep exploration into the new-type rush-repair notion—rush-repairing or assembling and erecting bridges with large-type equipment and machines as well as special equipment.
