摘  要:目的:观察消栓饮对创伤性肢体深静脉血栓(DVT)大鼠血浆内皮素(ET)水平及血栓湿质的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠适应性喂养1周后,10只分为假手术组,30只建立深静脉血栓形成的动物模型(成功27例)。将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、低分子肝素钠组(366.43 IU·kg-1·d-1)和消栓饮组(18.28 g·kg-1·d-1),每组9只,用药7 d后,观察比较大鼠血浆ET水平及血栓湿质。结果:消栓饮组、低分子肝素钠组、模型组的血浆ET水平及血栓湿质均明显高于假手术组;消栓饮组及低分子肝素钠组的血浆ET水平及血栓湿质均明显低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);消栓饮组与低分子肝素钠组血浆ET水平及血栓湿质比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:消栓饮能有效纠正创伤性肢体深静脉血栓大鼠血浆ET水平的失衡,减少创伤性肢体深静脉血栓大鼠的血栓湿质。Objective: To observe the effects of Xiaoshuan decoction(XSD) on the level of endothelin in plasma and the damp weight of thrombus in traumatic limbs deep vein thrombosis(DVT) rats models. Methods:The 40 SD rats were adaptively fed for 1 week. And 10 rats were as the sham-operational group, and 30 rats were established the deep-vein thrombus models. The successfully established rats(27 rats) were divided randomly into model group, low molecular heparin sodium group(with a dose of 366.43 IU·kg-1·d-1), and Xiaoshuan decoction group(with a dose of 18.28 g·kg-·1d-1), 9 in each. The level of endothelin in plasma and the weight of thrombus in each group were observed before and after treatment, in 7 days. Results: Xiaoshuan decoction group, low molecular heparin sodium group and model group showed higher level of ET and thrombus weight than the sham-operational group; Xiaoshuan decoction group and low molecular heparin sodium group showed lower level of ET and thrombus weight than the model group, with statistical difference(P〈0.05). The difference on ET and thrombus weight between the Xiaoshuan decoction group and low molecular heparin sodium group showed no statistical significance(P〉0.05). Conclusions: Xiaoshuan decoction can significantly decrease the level of ET level in plasma and thrombus weight in DVT rats models.
