平乐郭氏正骨治疗骨质疏松症的药味频率分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨平乐郭氏正骨治疗骨质疏松症的用药规律。方法:总结平乐郭氏正骨治疗骨质疏松症的常用中药方剂35首,常用中药45味,进行用药频率分析。结果:平乐郭氏正骨治疗骨质疏松症使用频率居前45位的药物中,补虚药23种(51.11%),活血化瘀药6种(13.33%),祛风湿药5种(11.11%),利水渗湿药4种(13.33%),清热药4种(8.89%),利水渗湿药、收涩药各2种(4.44%),平肝熄风药、温里药、解表药各1种(2.22%)。35首中药方剂中用药频率居前45位的药物中常用的中药有牛膝、当归、木瓜、苍术、独活、川芎、防风、桂枝、红花、威灵仙等。结论:平乐郭氏正骨治疗骨质疏松症以补虚药、活血化瘀药、祛风湿药为主;平乐郭氏正骨认为补肾填精、强筋壮骨、活血化瘀是骨质疏松症的基本治法。Objective： To discuss the rule of therapy of osteoporosis drug laws of Pingle Guo Bonesetting.Methods： We have summarized the 35 commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription and 45 commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of osteoporosis, then we made the frequency analysis of medicine-using. Results： Among the 45 kinds of medicine of the treatment of oste-oporosis of Pingle Guo bonesetting, there are 23 kinds of tonifying deficiency medicine（51.11%）, 6 kinds of medicine for activating blood circulation（13.33%）, 5 kinds of medicine for rheumatism（11.11%）, 4 kinds of damp-clearing drug（13.33%）, 4 kinds of heat-clearing drugs（8.89%）, 2 kinds of damp-clearing drug and astringent medicine（4.44%） respectively, and 1 kind of calming liver wind, interiorwarming drug and diaphor-etics（2.22%）respectively. Among the 35 commonly used traditional Chinese medicine prescription, the 45 commonly used medicine is maimly Niuxi（Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae）, Dangui（Radix Angelicae Sinensis）, Mugua（Fructus Chaenomelis）, Cangzhu（Rhizoma Atractyloidis）, Duhuo（Radix Angelicae Pubescentis）, Chuanxiong（Ligusticum wallichii）, Fangfeng（Radix Sileris）, Guizhi（cassia twig）, Honghua（safflower carthamus）, Weilingxian（radix clematidis）, and so on. Conclusion： Pingle Guo bonesetting make more use of tonifying deficiency medicine,medicine for activating blood circulation and medicine for rheumatism for the treatment of osteoporosis. In Pingle Guo bonesetting＇s opinion, the basic treatment of osteoporosis is to fill kidney, strong muscle strong bone, and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis.
