摘　　要：监督管理、教育矫正和帮困扶助是社区矫正工作的三大任务。在社区矫正立法之前,要完成这些任务,就必须探索、研究、创新和实践既符合本地实际又行之有效的社区矫正工作方式、方法、措施和模式,不断提高社区矫正执法水平和管教质量。Supervision and administration,education and correction,help and aids is the three major tasks of community correction. Before the legislation of community correction,to accomplish these tasks,we must explore research,innovate and practice the effective way methods,measures and mode of community correction,which is in line with the local actual situation,and improve the quality of community correction enforcement level and discipline.
