摘　　要：脑功能成像技术在针刺机理研究中的运用为科学阐释针刺效应的中枢机制提供了无创性、可视化的研究手段,但是由于脑功能成像和针刺操作的复杂性,针刺神经影像学研究的质量控制显得尤为重要,就针刺神经影像学研究中样本量、受试者纳入和针刺操作等方面讨论其质量控制的影响因素,研究提出参考。The application of functional brain-imaging techniques in acupuncture mechanism study provides a noninvasive, visualized method to explore the central mechanism of acupuncture. However, the brain is highly susceptible to interference by the external factors because the dynamic changing of the brain activity, it was found that the results were untenable. As for the outcomes of the study, effective quality control plays a significant role in the guarantee of a high repeatability, to provide reference for the future studies.
