摘 要:目的:探讨目标管理(MBO)在医院医疗器械监管中的应用价值与效果,提高在用医疗器械的监管水平。方法:针对目前医疗器械管理中的不足,制定管理目标,按照管理目标和质量控制标准,建立目标考核指标体系,确定各部分工作权重系数与考核细化分值。结果:按总分1000分制定出MBO考核细则,将部门全年工作分解为:计划中工作(800分)、临时工作(100分)和科室管理工作(100分),并逐一打分。其中计划中工作又分为常规工作(400分)、重点工作(300分)和重点改进工作(100分),计算最终得分。结论:MBO的应用使医疗器械监管工作有了明确的方向和重点,医疗器械管理中存在的不足得到有效改善。Objective: To discuss the value and effect of the application of target management in the hospital medical equipment supervision, provide reference to improve the level of medical device regulation. Methods: Set management goals referring to the current deficiency of medical equipment management, establish an objective evaluation index system according to management goals and quality control specification, and determine the weight coefficients of each part of the work and refining the examination score. Results: Regulations for objective management(1000 points total) were developed and divide the work throughout the year into three parts including planning work(800 points), temporary work(100 points) and management work(100 points). The planning work is divided into routine work(400 points), key work(300 points) and key works to improve(100 points), and then calculate the final score. Conclusion: Objective management point the direction and key point of Medical device supervision work out, improve the disadvantages of medical equipment management.
