摘　　要：目的制定一套涵盖护理全过程的急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价指标,为推动单病种护理质量管理提供依据。方法釆用德尔菲专家咨询法,按照5分级Likert标度法,对初步形成指标的重要性进行评价、咨询、论证,确立各级指标的结构、内涵,最后得出急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价指标。结果建立了涵盖护理全过程的急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价指标,包含3个一级指标、19个二级指标、36个三级指标。结论急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价指标的建立使护理内容更合理,体现了新的管理概念。Objective To establish nursing quality evaluation index for acute myocardial infarction,so as to provide reference for single-disease nursing quality management.Methods According to the Delphi method and 5 Likert scale,we evaluated the importance of the initial indexes and defined the structure and connotation of indexes in different levels,and the final nursing quality evaluation index for acute myocardial infarction was obtained.Results The nursing quality evaluation index for acute myocardial infarction contains three first-level,19second-level,and 36tertiary-level indicators.Conclusion The index system established embodies new management concept and contains more reasonable nursing contents.
