摘　　要：目的探讨信息支持对获得性免疫缺陷综合征(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)患者生存质量的影响。方法将200例AIDS患者随机分为对照组和干预组各100例。对照组患者采用常规治疗及护理,干预组患者除接受常规治疗及护理外,同时接受一系列信息支持干预。使用HIV/AIDS生存质量量表(HIV/AIDSQOL-46)调查2组患者的生存质量并进行CD_4^+细胞检测。结果干预组患者在接受信息支持后,患者总体生存质量得分和CD_4^+水平均高于对照组。结论信息支持干预有助于提高AIDS患者生存质量和CD_4^+细胞水平。Objective To explore the effect of information support on the life quality of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome（AIDS）patients.Methods Totally 200 AIDS patients were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,each of 100 cases.Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing,while the intervention group was additionally provided with a series of information support intervention.After the intervention,both groups were investigated using the HIV/AIDS quality of life questionnaire and CD_4~＋ cells were detected.Results After receiving information support,the average total quality life score and CD_4~＋ levels of the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The information support intervention can help to improve the life quality and CD_4~＋ cells in patients with AIDS.
