摘　　要：目的探索结核性脓胸患者胸膜纤维板剥脱术后的健康问题,为术后护理提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法,从131例于2008年9月1日-2013年9月1日行胸膜纤维板剥脱术的住院结核性脓胸患者中,成功访谈35例,对访谈文本进行内容分析,提炼主题与代表性语句。结果共提炼出4个主题:1手术切口及抗结核药物的应用带来身体不适;2精神心理压力过大;3社会适应能力减退;4疾病及用药相关知识缺乏。结论胸膜纤维板剥脱术对患者生理、心理、社会3方面均有显著影响,持续有效地沟通和健康指导对术后恢复意义重大。Objective To explore major health issues in patients with tuberculous empyema after pleural decortication,so as to provide references for postoperative nursing.Methods Stratified random sampling method was used to reach and interview 35 out of 131 hospitalized patients with pleural decortication because of tuberculous empyema between September 1st 2008 and September 1st2013.Interview notes were analyzed using content analysis to identify themes and representative statements.Results Four themes were found including discomfort caused by the surgical incision and the use of anti-TB drugs,excessive psychological pressure,decline in social adaptability and ignorance in the disease and related medications.Conclusion Pleural decortication has a significantly physiological,psychological and social impact on patients.Continuous and effective communication and health guidance play a significant role in post-operative recovery.
