摘 要:川西地区高庙气田沙一气藏储层低渗致密,受窄河道控制,井位部署空间受限,水平井压后返排时间长,返排率通常较低。为高效经济地开采储量,通过川西地区近几年的水平井压裂实践,研究应用了裂缝参数优化技术+脉冲式柱塞加砂技术+超低密度支撑剂+K344封隔器的组合技术。通过裂缝参数优化技术分析合理的裂缝间距和裂缝导流能力,采用脉冲式柱塞加砂技术和超低密度支撑剂可形成更加有效的裂缝支撑剖面,应用K344封隔器分段压裂增加返排通道,以降低对储层的伤害。该组合技术在沙一气藏进行了两口水平井的先导性试验,施工成功率100%,24小时内返排率均达到60%以上,增产效果显著。Sha-1 gas reservoirs of Gaomiao gas field in western Sichuan belong to low permeability and tight reservoirs.Controlled by narrow channels,the spacing for well site deployment is limited.The flow-back time for horizontal wells after pressure is long and the flow-back rate is usually low.In order to achieve high efficient and economic reservoir production,through horizontal wells fracturing practice in western Sichuan in recent years,the research on combination technology of fracture parameters optimization technology + pulse type plunger sand-filled technology + ultralow density propping agent+ K344 packer has been carried out.Through the fracture parameters optimization technology,the reasonable crack spacing and fracture diverting capacity can be analyzed.Through the pulse type plunger sand-filled technology and ultra-low density propping agent,more efficient propping fracture profile can be formed.By use of the K344 packer,flow-back channels can be increased in multi-fracturing and the damage on reservoir can also be reduced.The pilot testing of the combination technology has been carried out in two horizontal wells of Sha-1gas reservoirs,and the fracturing success rate is 100%,the flow-back rate within 24 hours is higher than 60% and the stimulation effect is great.
