摘　　要：2015年11月在北京召开的中央扶贫开发工作会议强调,必须在五年内解决剩余7 017万人口的贫困问题,确保到2020年所有贫困地区和贫困人口一道迈入全面小康社会。要实现这一目标,必须积极探索应对措施。当前,经济扶贫是当务之急,思想扶贫是治本之策,精准扶贫是关键所在。In November,2015 the central helping the poor development workshop which convenes in Beijing stressed that,must solve the surplus 70,170,000 impoverished problems in 5 years,guarantees all poor areas and the impoverished population enters into the comprehensive well-off society together to 2020.Must achieve this goal,must explore positively should to the measure.Presently,the economical helping the poor is the urgent matter,the thought helping the poor is effects a permanent cure the plan,the fine accurate helping the poor is the key is at.
