摘 要:在传统建筑施工行业的库存管理模式下,由于供货商与建筑施工单位各自为政的订货方式,使得建筑施工中库存成本过高的现象普遍存在,因此该问题也一直受到学者以及工程实践人员的关注。供应商管理用户库存(VMI)模式从供货商与建筑单位的二级供应链出发,试图以供货商对客户库存进行管理的方式来降低供应链上下游的总库存成本。在经济订货批量(EOQ)的基础上建模分析了供应商管理用户库存模式在实施前后对供应链库存总成本的影响,并结合实际案例分析得出在一定条件满足的情况下,VMI模式的引入能够达到降低供应链总库存成本、提高供应链利润的目的。同时也指出了分析中的不足以及对未来研究的展望。Under the circumstances of inventory management model of traditional construction industry,the phenomenon is widespread that inventory costs are too high because of suppliers and construction unit are lack of coordination. This problem has been concerned by scholars and engineers. From the view of two-level supply chain of construction unit and suppliers,VMI model try to reduce the total cost of the supply chain with the way that suppliers manage inventory of clients. On the basis of economic order quantity,modeling and analysis the impact of total inventory cost of supply chain before and after the implementation of vendor managed inventory. The results show that the implementation of vendor managed inventory can reduce the total inventory cost of supply chainand improve the profit of supply chain when certain conditions are satisfied. In the end,the shortcomings of the analysis and the prospect for future research are pointed out.
