摘　　要：微信公众号能够群发消息,能与粉丝通过消息交互,但粉丝间缺乏天然的交互功能.为了加强公众号的交互性,基于微信公众平台的客服接口,采用开发模式,设计并实现了粉丝间一对一聊天功能,给需要此功能的公众号提供一个参考.We Chat official accounts can send messages, interact with fans by messages, but it lacks natural in-teraction between fans. In order to strengthen the interaction of official accounts, based on the customer-service in-terface of We Chat public platform, using development model, the one-to-one chat between fans is designed and im-plemented, hoping to provide a reference to the official accounts that requires for this feature.
