摘 要:设计了一种适合生物质燃烧的新型炉膛,将该炉膛结构应用于额定蒸发量1 t·h^-1、额定蒸汽压力0.7MPa的链条蒸汽锅炉上,进行炉膛热性能试验以及炉膛温度场、气体浓度场的分布规律试验。实际性能测试结果表明,燃用生物质成型燃料的蒸汽锅炉采用该新型炉膛结构后燃烧效率为96.67%-97.91%,炉膛出口烟气温度在799-835℃之间;沿炉膛高度方向与横向截面方向上温度分布合理;炉内CO_2、CO与O_2混合良好,气体浓度场分布合理;SO_2、NO_X、烟尘等污染物排放远低于国家标准。证实该炉膛结构的设计能实现生物质燃料稳定、持续、高效清洁地燃烧。A new type of furnace structure was designed. The furnace structure was applied to a steam boiler whose rated evaporation was 1 t ·h^-1and rated steam pressure was 0.7 MPa. The thermal performance test was carried out. The temperature and gas concentration distribution in the furnace were studied. Actual performance tests show that the furnace combustion efficiency is between 95.04% and 96.91% after using the new furnace structure and the flue gas temperature ranges from 799 to 835 ℃. In addition, CO2, CO and O2 in the furnace are mixed well, so the temperature field and the gas concentration field distribution are reasonable. And the emission of SO2 , NOx, dust and smoke is far below the national standard. These studies confirm that the new design is suitable for stable, highly efficient and clean combustion of biomass fuel.
