华商式国际生产网络的运行模式

摘　　要：亚太地区的跨国经济活动主要由美国式国际生产网络、日本式国际生产网络和华商式国际生产网络主导,其中华商式国际生产网络主要靠"五缘"关系来维系。华商企业的所有权和经营权牢牢控制在家族内部,企业的资金、技术、管理经验方面比较欠缺,在国际生产网络中处于附属地位,一方面通过合资或代工等方式与发达国家的跨国公司建立联系,以提高自身的技术水平和管理经验,另一方面努力打造自己的品牌,构建自身的国际生产网络。Transnational economic activities in the Asia Pacific region are mainly dominated by the international production networks of American style, Japanese style and Chinese style, among which Chinese international production networks mainly held together by ＂five relationships＂. The ownership and management right is firmly held in the family enterprise, which is lack of capital, technology and management experience and is in a subordinate position. On the one hand by joint ventures or way of OEM, the Chinese international production works can contact with the international companies in the developed countries to improve their level of technology and management experience, on the other hand they can create their own brand, build their international production network.
