高校“学术腐败”及治理策略探讨

摘　　要：本文首先介绍了＂学术腐败＂的概念,进而从三个方面分析了＂学术腐败＂产生的深刻根源,及行政权力与学术权力的博弈、学术伦理与学术利益的博弈、高校内部隐性规则与国家政策的博弈。最后给出了＂学术腐败＂的治理策略。通过行政权力与学术权力的界定、学术伦理的规制、加强高校的监督机制等三个角度入手,借此能对抵制＂学术腐败＂现象起到一定的成效。in the critical period of social transformation, economic system, social structure, cultural ideas etc. are increasingly undergoing a change. Colleges and universities are deeply affected and the phenomenon of academic corruption intensified. This paper first introduces the concept of ＂academic corruption＂, and then analyzes the deep causes of ＂academic corruption＂ from three aspects; they are the game between administrative power and academic power, the game between academic ethics and academic interests, the game between the University＇s internal implicit rules and state policies. Finally, it gives the governance countermeasures of ＂academic corruption＂. Through the three angles（---） the definition of administrative power and academic power, the regulation of academic ethics and strengthening the supervision mechanism of the University, we can achieve certain effect on resisting the ＂academic corruption＂ phenomenon.
